The following Registrar General’s Department (RGD) services can be accessed without making an appointment. The lists below identify these services firstly by Registry and subsequently by RGD Offices.

CIVIL REGISTRY

All Offices:

1. 1. Applications for Birth/Death Certificates in respect of recent Deaths (Please provide registration of death for entry).
   2. Collection of all Civil Registry documents in respect of Birth, Marriage and Death Certificates, Corrections, Insertion of Child’s name and Father’s name (Please provide receipt for entry).

Port-of–Spain:

1. 1. Marriage Officers
   2. Registration of Marriages (Port-of-Spain and San Fernando).
   3. Posting of Wedding Banns.
   4. Application for Marriage Licenses.
   5. Application for Wedding Service.

COMPANIES REGISTRY

Port-of-Spain and Sub-offices:

1. 1. Collection of Certified Copies of Companies/Business documents and Certificates (Please provide receipt for entry).
   2. Top–Up of Companies Registry Subscription accounts.

LAND REGISTRY

Port-of- Spain:

1. 1. Collection of Certified Copies of Land Documents (Please provide receipt for entry).
   2. Top-up of Land Registry Subscription Accounts.
   3. Return of Ownership (Application and Collection).
   4. Duplicate Certificate of Title Withdrawal.

All Sub-offices:

1. 1. Collection of Certified Copies (Please provide receipt for entry).
