The Criminal Justice Unit focuses on the holistic development of its members. Apart from providing support to the Honourable Attorney General, members of the Unit partake in various team building exercises which includes retreats and cultural events. Team building improves the productivity of the Unit, increases member motivation, encourages collaboration and builds trust and respect among the team members. These team building exercises provide team members with an opportunity to interact with each other in a non-work-related environment and develops strategic thinking which assists members with the quality of their work product.
