The Summary Offences (Amendment) Act, 2025 (Act No. 13 of 2025), which pertains to the discharge of fireworks, received the assent of Her Excellency the President on December 16, 2025 and was proclaimed on December 19, 2025 by Legal Notice No. 465 of 2025.
