HOME INVASION (SELF-DEFENCE AND DEFENCE OF PROPERTY) ACT, 2025

The Home Invasion (Self-Defence and Defence of Property) Act, 2025 (Act No. 11 of 2025) relates to the use of self-defence and defence of property during a home invasion. The Act was assented to by Her Excellency the President on December 17, 2025.
